Q. CARE AND MAINTENANCE?
A. To clean HangWithMe please wipe with a brush or a clean towel. If you have chosen the HangWithMe with an oiled finish, please continue reading. The solid wood is treated with a waterproof and environmentally friendly wood wax oil, which is durable and long-lasting. We advise you to re-coat the wood every one or two years to maintain it.
Q. DOES IT FIT MY INSTRUMENT?
A. The wall mount fits most guitars and basses with a symmetric (3+3)headstock. If you are in doubt, please write to us on hello@openhagen.com or the chat-function (look for the Messenger symbol at the bottom right)
Q. DOES IT SCRATCH MY HEADSTOCK?
A. HangWithMe is made of solid wood combined with oiled cork. The cork will protect your instrument from being scratched or damaged while hanging on the wall mount.
Q. CAN I USE EG. COMMAND STRIPS INSTEAD OF DRILLING?
A. No you can’t because command strips, attachable gels etc. are not strong enough. The wall-mount is easily mounted to the wall using two screws.
